Project 42

Runs 2nd-6th August: Sign up for your work camp NOW!

For all of you emergent performers and singers there’s still an opportunity to participate in the one-week work camps with Talking Birds and Project 42 artists, in bespoke sheds at the mac, from August 2nd – 6th.

This project will be ideal for you if you like one or more of the following:
sheds
the 60’s
community spirit
typewriters
the mac
collaborative performance
singing
radios
building stuff
meeting other people
artist residencies
bread and jam

Days run from 10am – 4pm. The performance work camp will be run by director Steve Byrne and singing will be led by Chris Rowbury. Each camp will work collaboratively with other sheds on site leading to a live tour and performance across the mac building from 2pm on Friday 6th August.

Book here now! http://www.macarts.co.uk/page/3559/news/38

We Love You City

Talking Birds and the Belgrade Theatre are staging a play in September about the day Coventry City won the FA Cup, and we want your stories, memories and reflections on this landmark in the city’s history.

Were you at the match?
Watching at home?
In the pub?
Hate football but got caught up in the fever?
